Andrea Seminara

Founder, CEO/CIO

Andrea designed Redhedge’s unique relative value strategies, developing them since the launch of the company in 2015.

After studying finance at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, he’s been focused on Credit Relative Value strategies, first as Portfolio Manager at Marzotto SIM and then as Proprietary Trader at Banca Profilo.

Stefano Giorgetti

Designated Partner, COO

Stefano joined Redhedge in 2016, taking the role of Designated Partner and COO since 2018.

After an initial experience in UBS Wealth Management London he specialized in direct VC and PE investments through a private family holding company.

He holds a Master degree in European Business Studies from the University of Trento.

Voon Kiat Lai

Partner

Voon joined Redhedge in 2019. He possesses more than 10 years of experience in credit and fixed-income markets. After graduating with a Master’s in aerospace engineering from Cambridge University, Voon began his career at BNP Paribas at the flow credit trading desk and multi-strategy credit proprietary desks. He later worked as a Vice President and Proprietary Trader at Toronto Dominion Bank, where he focused on fixed-income and credit-relative value trading.

Marcello Cazzaniga

Partner, Portfolio Manager

Marcello Cazzaniga has been a member of the Redhedge investment team since 2015. He specialises in relative value trading in both corporate hybrids and financial subordinated debt. Before joining Redhedge, he worked as a teacher for Ente Cattolico Formazione professionale. Marcello studied Computer Engineering at Politecnico di Milan.

Karen Coomber

Head of Compliance

Karen joined Redhedge in 2022. She has been in the Financial Services Industry since 1987 and has worked with providers, intermediaries, compliance consultants, lawyers and regulators. Karen has specialised in regulatory compliance for the last 27 years and has worked as a Group Compliance Director for a large corporate entity for over 10 years during that time.
